- 1/2 cups of Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ginger spice mix
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or Thermomix and mix until the ingredients come together.
- Roll into balls and then sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut.
