Watermelon & Feta Salad
Gluten, Egg and Nut free
Ingredients
- 750g Watermelon, cut into bite sized pieces
- 100g Feta, cut into small cubes
- 12 mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely sliced
- Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and pour over dressing.
